Job Profile

To monitor the activity chain in an project related to educational rights which is responsible for the daily project activities and the value chain, which is responsible for material development and training of project staff. To document and layout all project materials on a computer (including learning materials, songs, posters, slogans, dictionary, pictorial books, stories etc.)

Job Profile

To maintain the financial statements of the various activities in the project on a daily basis per the organisation’s accounting policies and standards. To produce and report weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly accounting statements of the project to the Programme Manager.To get the financial statements audited by an external auditor (Chartered Accountant)

Experience

Should have a minimum of 2 years’ experience of handling accounts, MIS data entry and ease in working with NGOs.

Job Profile

To coordinate among community volunteers in conducting the baseline survey, validate recorded data and submit it to the Programme Manager. To guide and monitor the activities of their Community Volunteers, ensure timely and appropriate completion of activities

Should be 12^th grade/class pass

Experience

Should have a minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in development sectors as a grassroot worker with at least 2 years’ experience of working in programmes at the community level in a monitoring capacity.

Key skill areas

The person should be able to monitor and motivate others
